we all are gypsies of a sort wandering traveling through this life other lives space and time here there and yon on roads less traveled - this is a written and visual journal of my own travels - imagined and/or real - come along with me - we'll dance among the stars under the sun and over the moon - share our stories around the campfire - come along -
this site is simply a streamofconsciousness rambling of words and images in which i find meaning and beauty - there is no organized order of thought or format - poetry painting and writing on love and life and things thereof from the heart and through the eyes of a louisiana gypsy spirit travelin' roads less traveled...enjoy -

interesting quote...Really good writers leave part of themselves in thier work..I believe that.
Yes, and when we read one of those novels or poems, it changes our lives forever. Fabulous quote. Blessings!
Blood, sweat and tears. I have always loved that expression and your post made me think of that...
Enjoyed reading your comment about the house you lived in without any neighbours, sounds like my dream house exactly...

Love this!
so true, marlene, about leaving a part of self when we write - i think it's true no matter the degree of technical skill or reason for writing -
you're right, marion - changes our life! and some, several times over!
you know, zuzana, i think "neighbors" may be defined any number of ways - for me, my neighbors were the ocean breeze, the sounds of the marshgrasses blowing in the wind, the chirp of the birds flying overhead, the waves lapping upon the shore - those were my dear dear friends and neighbors!
thanks macgregors! one of my favorites, too! and from nietzsche!
sneyder - que muy cierto, muy cierto! muchas gracias por venir y dejar una nota y por favor venga otra vez!
