THE GYPSYWOMAN WORLD

My photo
A...WOMAN IN MOTION WITH HAIR AS DARK AS NIGHT HER EYES WERE LIKE THAT OF A CAT IN THE DARK... SHE WAS A GYPSYWOMAN... she danced round and round... from the fire her face was all aglow... she was dancing... dancing... waiting for the RISING SUN... loving caring relationships are like THE RISING SUN...we are nourished by their warmth...we are energized by their strength...we grow in their light...we find shelter and solace there...they are our sanctuary... born in the sign of the sun, i am a true LEO-love the sun and its hot orange red fire-passionate in and about everything i do-i believe in instant chemistry charisma love/lust at first sight-in the magic of the eyes and the beauty of the soul-in the instant recognition familiarity in meeting someone from a past life and in the knowledge that we might meet in a future life-i believe that we are each ageless and flawless-i believe in the beauty of the moment-the whisper of yesterday-the hope of tomorrow-the power of forgiveness for even ourselves-the absolute and total beauty of love---[credit to brian hyland and curtis mayfield]

ode to the magnificent night visitor...

oh, magnificent one that you are
come to me under the cloak of darkness
glide your way gently into my bed
cover my body with your ethereal blanket
lay beside me holding me tenderly
stroke my hair caress my heart
languish with me till to sleep I fall and then
slide your way into my dreams
come to me tonight i do pray
for who knows when and where
we may meet again

oh, magnificent one that you are
coming to me from heaven afar
leaving your home in the distant stars

for just the sight of you I do swoon
my dear
magnificent
beautiful
blue moon

Oh my, Jenean. I've been away for a few days and what a delightful way this is to come back. Blue moon, indeed. I'm keeping my eyes open, tonight. Can't wait to see the sight of the full moon with the stars. We're supposed to have a clear sky here in Texas. And I've come also to wish you the best for the coming year. May 2010 bring you much love, joy, and more and more and more creativity coming from your magnificent spirit. I look forward to continuing this journey. It's been a pure delight so far. Happy New Year to you!!!

greetings jo - and yes, i've been moon gazing again - actually, every night that isn't so overcast that i can't see the beautiful moon - about midnight, it makes its way into and across my two large bedroom windows which i leave bare at the top half just so i can lay in bed and watch the moon - the moonlight lights my room as it floats across the night sky - wonderful!!! so i'm not a happy camper when it's overcast and no luna in sight! thanks so much for coming by - i have to get over to the magic of your place now!

hi deb - isn't it wonderful to be able to see the moon through your windows - last year i finally got a small telescope but it just doesn't focus indoors for moon watching through double storm windows - anyway, having the moon trip across my bedroom windows is a real treat to me!

oh, hi janine! sorry to be just now responding - still running from holidays and extraneous stuff - in any event, thank you for your kind words - i do love having the moonlight seeping through my open bedroom windows and keeping my room all aglow - and feel that way even more so about the sun - i can truly understand ancient cultures that worshipped these magnificent creatures!

isabella - well, i could go on all day describing how movingly beautiful your work is if i had enough words, perhaps, but i do not - so i am more than humbled by your kind comments - thank you!
